The minimum wholesale opening order to qualified businesses is $1000 EXCLUDING chandeliers with a reorder minimum of $100. Annual minimum purchases of $1500 is required to maintain wholesale purchasing status. All other TRADE qualified order requests below minimums must ship prepaid with an additional 25% handling charge. Drop shipping charge is $15 and $35 on chandeliers.
As all orders are manufactured on demand, any changes to your ordermust be made no later than 2 weeks after the order is placed.
Please furnish 6 trade references with which you currently have anopen account. Include complete name, address, zip code, telephonenumber, and account number. Please provide al local banking informationand contacts. Initial orders can be expedited by prepaying with acheck, cashier’s check, money order, cash or credit card.
With credit limit approval, Net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% (18% annual) monthly late charge. New orders cannot be shipped when account is past due.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
All orders are manufactured on demand with 3-6 week shipping lead time required. Rush orders accepted with additional pricing charge required. All merchandise ships via FedEx, UPS or common carrier F.O.B. Ponca City, OK.
Occasionally, we may backorder some items. If you do not accept backorders, please request “ship complete” at the time you order; otherwise, we will ship all backorders once available.
Open all cartons immediately upon receipt. In the event of a damaged shipment, Ok Casting must be notified within 15 days of the delivery date. At that time, Ok Casting will initiate a claim and supply any information necessary for the completion of that claim. IMPORTANT-original cartons and packing must be kept for FedEx, UPS, or other carrier inspection.
Requests for a return of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior verbal or written authorization. Merchandise returned for any other reason, or deemed of saleable quality by Ok Casting, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned merchandise damaged in transit due to poor return packing will not be credited or adjusted.
All products shown in our catalog are hand crafted and hand finished. Slight variations in color or form are considered normal.
The prices listed herein are effective as of January 2013 and are subject to change without notice. Items will be invoiced at the prevailing price at the time of sale. Specifications of individual items may vary or change without notice.
